Who is responsible
Your Motion Designer is run by Rafi Goldberg, Belgium. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect, and why
- Your email address, when you unlock the free effects or ask to be notified. We use it to give you the free effects and to email you about new effects and the launch. We also note which form you used.
- Feedback you send, with the email address if you choose to add one, and the country your message came from. We use it to improve the product and to reply to you.
- Visit statistics: pages viewed, the country, the type of device and browser, and the site you came from. They are counted without cookies and without building a profile of you.
- Button counts: which buttons are used (for example Copy code or Copy for AI) and on which effect, with the country. They are anonymous: no cookies, no email address, no IP address.
Legal basis
Emails: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. Feedback and visit statistics: our legitimate interest in running and improving the site.
Who processes it for us
- MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania) stores the email list and sends our emails.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) hosts the site, stores feedback and counts visits. Where data leaves the EU, it is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.
In your browser
The site uses no cookies. After you unlock the free effects, your browser remembers it in its local storage, so you don't have to enter your email again. Clearing your browser data removes it.
How long we keep it
Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Feedback stays until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
